Adult Contemporary Dance in Brunswick, Maine
Contemporary is where feeling meets movement. Here it’s a mix of modern, lyrical, jazz and a little ballet, and there’s room for you to move your own way. Beginners are welcome, and perfection is never expected.
✨ Contemporary Forms: A 4-Week Series

Each class starts with a strengthening warm-up, moves into flowing across-the-floor phrases, and ends with choreography that tells a story.
💛 Who it’s for: beginners and anyone who’s been wanting to try contemporary
📅 Dates: Wednesdays, Nov 4, 11, 18 and Dec 2 (no class Thanksgiving week)
⏰ Time: 6:30 to 7:30 PM
📍 Location: second-floor ballroom at Lemont Hall, 2 Pleasant Street, Brunswick
💵 Price: $80 for the series, or $25 drop-in
👟 What to bring: comfy movement clothes. Bare feet, socks, foot undies or ballet slippers all work
